Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you have received from us, you may return it within 30 days for full refund, excluding shipping and handling costs. In order to qualify for a refund, we require that the item be returned in the original packaging, must not be used, damaged or missing any parts, and must include any and all manufacturer's documentation. At our sole discretion, based on the condition of the return, a restocking fee of up to 20% may be assessed against the refund. Should the item not be resalable, it will be returned to you at your expense and no credit will be issued. To ensure proper credit, please contact our customer service department at 866-304-9796 Ext 15, to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific return instructions. Special order and non-stocked items are not covered by this guarantee and in some cases may not be returnable.

Defective Products

If you believe a product you received from us is defective, please contact our customer service department at 866-304-9796 Ext. 15. In order to resolve the situation as efficiently as possible, at our sole discretion we may arrange for a replacement of the entire product, or we may contact the manufacturer and arrange for the replacement of the defective part.

Products damaged or lost during shipping

We pride ourselves in ensuring that all items are in perfect condition when they are shipped. If a package you receive is obviously damaged, we ask that you refuse that portion of the delivery. If for any reason you are unable to do so, please contact our customer service department at 866-304-9796 Ext. 15 immediately. We will assist you in filing a damage claim with the carrier and will make arrangements to provide you with a replacement.
